Life and leadership coach Mandy Connolly founded Conflicts & Dreams to inspire others to reach their goals.

It is my goal to make an inspiring and empowering difference to individuals, helping them to reach their full potential through coaching and leadership development.
Working with Conflicts & Dreams will give you the tools and inspiration to become who or what you want to be and get yourself to a place where you can achieve your goals.

Over the years I have gone through many struggles and I took responsibility to sort through these conflicts and refine my goals by attending one-to-one coaching sessions. This has enabled me to address my professional and personal challenges, stretch myself and become more aware of those around me. It also helped me to coach teams at work to deliver their potential and resolve their own conflicts and challenges.

I have over 20 years of corporate experience working on four continents. Most recently, I have sat on the senior leadership team of an international events company, coordinating events in South America, Russia, Europe and Asia. I have also worked in prestigious event management roles for a number of global events including the 2010 and 2014 Football World Cups, 2012 and 2016 Olympics, 2014 Commonwealth Games and 2015 Winter Olympics.

With coaching leading to such a positive outcome for me, I went on to research more about leadership training. I am qualified as a professional leadership trainer, a key note speaker and personal coach.

After attending a ‘What Next?’ workshop myself, I began a life-changing journey of discovery and transformation which led to breakthroughs in my work, personal relationships, leadership style and identifying my strengths and purpose.

I took part in a John C Maxwell programme which inspired me to fulfil my dreams and purpose and led to the birth of Conflicts & Dreams.

Conflicts & Dreams works with professional leaders at all levels to maximise their potential and reach their dreams.

Introducing you to Eddie…

I began my career as a coach, trainer and speaker 18 years ago, working for Oracle Corporation as a System & Process Implementation Consultant.

I also began my journey in Leadership through my home business in 2000. Since then I have taught to audiences of at least 1,000 people and I have personally helped train, coach and mentor nearly 700 home business owners around the world.

To me, being a John Maxwell team member is an exponential expansion of my purpose – to impact, instruct and inspire others to be the best they can possibly be. 

I also enjoy staying active in the community as an Ambassador at Eleanor Children’s Hospice.
